I would eat it in the morning on the weekends, after work on a bad day (or as a reward on a good day), and in the evening to wind down. I never ate a lot as I always go for a high percentage – anything less than 70% just isn’t going to satisfy.
Now that I am doing more of what I should be doing (working in the studio making things) I don’t eat chocolate as much as I used to. When I do eat it I don’t enjoy it as much. I just don’t seem to need it anymore.
If anyone had told me this would happen I would not have believed them.
Humans love to replace things with other things; filling gaps with anything that fits easily.
When you start doing what you should be doing, it might not be easy but in the end you will get a better fit. That’s what I think anyway, but I have started drinking more recently so there is obviously something more that I should be doing…
